- This is a formal event for homeschoolers ages 13-18.
- This is a drop off event.
- Attendees must be signed in and out by the adult registering them.
- If someone else will be dropping off or picking up, please let us know on the registration form.
- If your child will be driving themselves, please let us know on the registration form.
- Background Checked Chaperones will be present. (via www.goodhire.com)
- For the safety of the attendees, they may not leave the facility and re-enter without a chaperone escort. (There is an outdoor patio area that they may enter and exit at their leisure.)
- Non-homeschool students are welcome as guests of attendees.
- Code of Conduct must be signed
- No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the facility in order to keep this an Allergy Safe Event.
- This is a nut free event
- There will be grazing stations that have full inclusive options-for vegan, dairy free, gluten free and if any other allergy/preference needs to be accommodated, please note that on your registration form.
- NO REFUNDS-You may sell your ticket if you are unable to use it, and need to let us know in order to change the name on the ticket/send a registration form
