Foundations of Hoop Fitness
Come join Master Trainers Keith and Jen Moore for a 90 minute immersive experience into the world of Hoopdance Fitness!
- Perfect for the novice hooper, or the hooper who wants to focus on strengthening their foundational hooping skills.
- No hooping experience required!
- This is the BEST class to jump in and begin your hooping journey!
- Hoops are provided to use at no additional cost
- Hoops are available for purchase for an additional fee.
Hoopdance 101
Come join Master Trainers Keith and Jen Moore for a 55 minute class to begin to build your Hoopdance skills!
- Multi-level class perfect for beginner hoopers or experienced hoopers looking to deepen their movement exploration and flow of basic moves!
Hoopdance Fitness 102
Come join Master Trainers Keith and Jen Moore for a 55 minute class that continues to layer and build on your existing Hoopdance skills!
Basic Waist Hooping skill required.
- This class is for those who have already mastered the basics of waist hooping.
- No waist hooping instruction will be given.
- We will begin with movement exploration, deepening and strengthening our flow and proficiency with our hooping practice.
- We will focus on layering on additional skills to the basics we have acquired already
- We will intensify the cardio portion of our class for a higher calorie burn.
Cerceau™
If you thought Zumba was a party, come join Keith as he takes you through the most unique hoop class yet! By blending hooping with accessible and simple choreographed movements, Cerceau™ challenges the mind, body and spirit. Bring your dance partner (your hoop!), or borrow one of ours, and get ready to have fun!
- This class is for those who have already mastered the basics of waist hooping.
- No waist hooping instruction will be given.
- If you like Zumba, you will love Cerceau™!
- You will learn SIMPLE choreographed movements performed while waist hooping
Meditative Hooping
Come join Jen as we let go, meditate and relieve stress as you discover your inner rhythm in this 90 minute specialty workshop.
- The meditative art of hoopdance incorporates spiraling movements, touch and response techniques, intention and flow through organic movement.
- Focus will be mat work integrating the hoop, and breathing transitions in the hoop, using the hoop to guide and ground us.
- This class is suited to all levels of experience and fitness.
- It’s all about slowing ourselves down and learning to use the hoop for relaxation and stress relief, not sweat!
- Basic waist hoop skills are required in order to facilitate your success with meditative hooping.
- Wear something you can move and relax in!
Hoop Bootcamp
Come join Keith as he gives you the most intense workout with a hoop yet-burning 500-600 calories an hour in this 90 minute specialty workshop!
- From core work to resistance training to high-intensity intervals, this carefully designed, comprehensive hoop workout builds endurance and targets every major muscle group while defining your body from head to toe
- Minis (small hand hoops) will also be incorporated.
- This cardio Hoop Fitness Bootcamp will leave you toned, energized and wanting more!
- No hoop skills are required.
Burlesque Hoop Workshop
We will learn a burlesque hoop routine and develop techniques in cultivating Hooping as a art form.
- Hoop tricks we will focus on will be floor work and transitions.
- This class in the perfect introduction into burlesque and is guaranteed to bring out your inner vixen!
- This class is suited to all levels of experience and fitness… It’s all about glamour not sweat!
- Basic hoop skills are required.
- Class size is limited and will be smaller than a regular CardioHoop class.
- Wear something you feel fantastic in, and can move in!
